Ted Tryba began his love affair with golf at the age of five. Growing up in Pennsylvania, Ted’s parents would drop him off at the golf course in the morning and pick him up at night. He would practice all day and imagine himself playing with the greats of the game. He studied their swings and imitated them as much as possible. His innate ability to see his body moving in time and space was his talent, and it took him all the way to the PGA TOUR. 

Ted’s knowledge of the golf swing is unique; he understands how different bodies need to move during the golf swing to produce quality shots. Playing on the PGA TOUR, Ted got to see the best players in world close up on a daily basis. He was able to study how different players used different techniques, to see what worked and what didn’t, and, most importantly, understand WHY.

But great understanding of the golf swing doesn’t make you a great teacher. The instructor must also be able share his knowledge in a meaningful way. This is the only way a student will be able to put it into practice. Ted excels at finding ways to ensure that each student can understand exactly what he is asking of them.

This ability is derived from the fact that Ted is teaching his techniques. He’s not teaching what someone else gave him or something he read in a book. These techniques are the culmination of a lifetime of golf at the highest level. Competing against and learning from the best the game has to offer. He can teach them effectively because he knows them inside and out.
